Teams

Teams that helps people work, not another place to get lost.
Teams grows fast. New teams and channels appear every week, files end up in the wrong place and nobody is sure who owns what. We set Teams up with a clear structure, naming and ownership, connected to the right documents, so it stays useful as you grow. Brisbane-based, working with organisations across Queensland and Australia.

Common questions

Questions we’re often asked.

Why does Teams get messy?

Anyone can create a team, so they multiply with no owner, no naming rule and no plan for when the project ends. Files end up spread across channels and chats. A few simple rules fix most of it.

Where should files live, Teams or SharePoint?

Both, because every team stores its files in a SharePoint site. The question is structure: which teams exist, who owns them and what goes where. We set that up so files stay findable.

What is a Teams naming convention?

A short rule for naming teams so people can tell them apart, for example by department, project or external. It makes search, ownership and clean-up much easier.

Do you offer Teams training?

Yes. Teams essentials is a fixed-price online session on working well in Teams, and training is included in every project.
