How Dovida, the home-care group formerly known as Home Instead, gave its offices in the Netherlands and Switzerland one trusted home for news, policies and procedures, in their own language.

The challenge

A new brand, many offices, and documents everywhere.

As Home Instead became Dovida, each country office needed a single place for company news, people information and the policies and procedures its caregivers and office teams rely on.

Documents lived in shared folders and personal OneDrives, often in several versions. Nobody could be sure which policy was current, who owned it, or when it was last reviewed. And every country works in its own language.

What we did

Build it once, properly, then reuse it.

We delivered the Netherlands intranet and document system first, then used it as the proven baseline for Switzerland, extended to German and French. The Swiss rollout is in its final stage.
