Power Automate

Stop doing by hand what can run on its own.
Approvals that sit in inboxes, details re-typed into a second system, reminders that depend on someone remembering. Power Automate takes care of the repetitive steps, using tools already in your Microsoft 365 licence. Brisbane-based, working with organisations across Queensland and Australia.
Sound familiar?

Common Power Automate problems we solve.

If any of these sound like your organisation, we can help.
A approvals

“Approvals sit in someone’s inbox.”

Requests go to the right person, get chased when they sit, and the decision is recorded.
A dataentry

“We type the same details twice.”

Data moves once between systems, instead of being re-keyed.
A integration

“Our systems don’t talk to each other.”

Connect Microsoft 365 to Xero, your CRM, HR or line-of-business systems.
A notifications

“It only works if someone remembers.”

Automatic reminders and notifications so the next person knows it’s their turn.
A workflow

“Nobody knows how the process really works.”

We map the process first, so you automate a good process, not a workaround.
A monitor

“Our automations break quietly.”

Proper error handling and alerts, so you know when something needs attention.

What clients say
Applecart Digital automated our Quality Assurance program using SharePoint and MS Flow which is set to save us 100’s of hours in administration. The end result and ongoing support exceeded our expectations and we have already engaged with them to implement the same ideas and more in other departments within our business.

Common questions

Questions we’re often asked.

What can Power Automate do?

It handles approvals, reminders and moving data between systems. Typical examples: leave and purchase approvals, document review reminders, and copying form submissions into a register or another system.

Is Power Automate included in Microsoft 365?

Standard flows that connect Microsoft 365 apps are included in most business plans. Premium connectors to other systems need extra licences. We check before we build.

Can it connect to Xero or our CRM?

Usually, yes. There are connectors for hundreds of systems, and where one doesn’t exist we use the system’s API.

What happens when a flow fails?

We build in error alerts and monitoring so someone knows straight away, and you can ask for changes through the Service Desk.

What are your people still doing by hand?

Tell us about the process that takes too long, or the two systems that don’t talk. We’ll work out what’s worth automating.

Already working with us? Request support or changes through the Service Desk.
