Questions we’re often asked.

What can Power Apps replace?

Paper forms, spreadsheets, registers and checklists: incident reports, inspections, inductions, leave and purchase requests. If staff fill it in, chase it or re-type it, it’s usually a candidate.

Do we need extra licences?

Many apps run on the Microsoft 365 licences you already have, using SharePoint for data. Apps that need Dataverse or premium connectors need Power Apps licences. We tell you which before you commit.

Do the apps work on phones?

Yes. Power Apps run on phones and tablets, so they suit site and field work such as inspections and inductions.

Who owns the app when you're done?

You do. It’s built in your Microsoft 365, documented and handed over with training.
