SharePoint

SharePoint that people can actually find things in.
Most organisations already have SharePoint. Few have it set up well. We design, build and tidy up SharePoint and OneDrive so documents are easy to find, versions are clear and the right people have the right access. Brisbane-based, working with organisations across Queensland and Australia.

Common questions

Questions we’re often asked.

What does a SharePoint consultant do?

We plan how your documents, sites and intranet should be structured, build it in your Microsoft 365, move your files in, and train your people. The aim is one place where staff find the right version first time, with access that makes sense.

Can SharePoint replace our file server?

Yes, for most organisations of 50 to 150 staff. You get version history, search and access from anywhere without a server to maintain. We plan the structure first, then move files in stages so nobody loses access.

What's the difference between SharePoint and OneDrive?

OneDrive is for your own working files. SharePoint is for files the team or organisation shares. Moving shared files off desktops and personal OneDrives into SharePoint is one of the first things we usually fix.

Do you work with our IT provider?

Yes. We’re the Microsoft 365 specialists; your IT team or partner keeps looking after devices, email and security. We agree who does what at the start.

Need help with SharePoint?

Whether you’re moving off file shares, tidying an overgrown SharePoint or planning an intranet, we’ll help you work out the right approach.
